THE INVERSE IDO:

After much speculation, and discussions with numerous contenders, the INVERSE team has decided that Ferrum Network will conduct our IDO. As we engaged in several discussions with various IDO platforms over the course of a few weeks, our primary goal was always to secure an arrangement that would be most beneficial to our community. To this end, we ultimately decided on Ferrum Network, and truly, we could not be happier with our decision. By partnering with Ferrum, we are returning to our roots, and reaffirming the hard work and dedication that has brought us this far.

We have known the Ferrum team for more than three years. They are individuals with a successful track record and experience whose guiding ethos is the welfare of their community. Members of the INVERSE team incubated Ferrum in its early days, and continue to serve as Advisors even now. We have watched proudly as Ferrum Network has grown strong over the years, cutting a broad path in this turbulent space. Thus, with this IDO, we hope to leverage the wide expertise of the Ferrum team as well as the unmatched passion of the expanding Ferrum community.

The staking pool to qualify for the lottery will open on Tuesday February 23, 2021 at 4pm UTC

The INVERSE IDO is set to begin on Thursday, February 25th at 5pm UTC. In order to mitigate the high barrier of entry that many often experience when they seek to participate in IDOs, we have decided on a lottery system. 300 winners will be able to buy 200 USDT/USDC of XIV tokens (approximately 2666 tokens each). The lottery will ensure that a diverse pool of participants will be able to purchase XIV tokens including those with limited resources.

Regarding INVERSE NFTs:

The INVERSE team always seeks to be at the forefront of innovation in the crypto / DeFi space. The growth in awareness of NFTs as an asset class has validated our decision to include the sale of NFTs as part of our launch and to incorporate them on our platform. Furthermore, Ferrum Network’s recent foray into the NFT space, and the team’s growing adeptness with all things NFT, is another reason why we chose Ferrum to be our partner for this IDO.

Each of the major vaults on the INVERSE platform will have its own NFT in the form of a signature Space Ship. The first NFT represents our Fixed INDEX Vault and is called Vault Ship one. The NFT will be unveiled on Friday, February 26th at 5PM UTC.

The sale of the Vault Ship One NFT will occur on Sunday, February 28th at 5pm UTC. Only 80 of these NFTs will be available for purchase at a cost of 250 USD each. Each NFT will come with approximately 3,333 XIV tokens. The INVERSE NFT will also entitle holders to XIV airdrops and other future incentives.
